Support
Spalt is a small operation: support is a person reading email, not a queue.
Worth including, if it applies:
- The version and build number — Settings → About shows them as
0.2.0-beta.1 (build 14). - Your macOS version.
- The report from the problem log: click the problems chip in the status bar, then Copy report. Secrets are masked before the log is written, and your home directory is shortened to
~.
Two things that are not bugs
- macOS asks about a folder. A repository under Desktop, Documents or Downloads needs your permission once; that is the system's prompt, not Spalt's.
- "Could not check for updates". The daily check needs the network; it tries again the next time the window comes to the front.
